The comingling and the Apple License, so why would this be a stretch.

The BOD's gave the nod to DL to commingle the licenses, I believe they knew this all along with the understanding that they would be rewarded. It was a way to divert $$ that would have gone to PTSC, but if you sold a commingled license for say $5M and stated that only $1M was for the MMP, the other was then allocated to DL, DL then would pay each BOD's a portion of say $1M for the BOD's and the other $3M for DL, when is Patents would only be worth $1M if that.

I cannot tell you how they were able to cover their tracks and funnel this $$, you would need someone that was a CPA with offshore tax sheltering experience to answer that.

It's not hard to see a pattern here with DL, eveyone he comes into contact with, gets ripped off and he simply suggested a way to the BOD on how they could get some better money than what we were paying them with those small salaries.

Now, if you were involved in criminal behavoir with someone you cannot trust, they did not adhere to the agreement, how would you get them back inline?. Maybe bluff with a lawsuit, you know the one that never made it to court...

Sure, I do not know and can only speculate, I do know that I cannot trust ANYONE of the BOD's they are all tainted by greed, there is absolutely no reason for many of the things that has transpired, absolutely no reason, other than the BOD's are getting rewarded.

Some suggest that they were ignorant, c'mon, you read the agreements, what fricken lawyer could not read what is in layman's terms that I can understand that we gave it all away to someone that was shafting everyone DL came into contact with.

PTSC BOD's are educated, experienced, they KNEW what they were doing, so the question would be why?, I say just like DL, it's all about GREED and arrogance not far behind.

That is why these bastard's eventually fall, Greed is one thing, but that arrogance is what gets you busted. Then the real kicker is, we Pay them to rip us off, yeah, we can easily do better, that 3rd vacancy was not going to be filled because they would need to let that person in on what the deal is, now who could they trust.
