Both your posts hit the nail of the situation we are in. Every time I try and look for positives I come to these points. We can't do a damn thing. And if we could we ruined all settlements going forward. There is nothing more to say.

These agreements defy logic...both just kill us...I cannot believe 3 educated experienced professionals could just make poor decisions. ...there has got to be something else going on.
