this was all about swartz using whatever means available to drive down price so his warrants would have a cost basis in the 1-3 cent range. A guy like that with all the connections and money can basically do whatever he wanted with an otcbb. why do you think that it traded so consistently between 3 and 12 cents whenever swartz needed to unload and reprice the next batch of warrants. when swartz needed to naked short on the u.s. market,he did, and when he needed germany to short he did.
