Folks, I took the liberty in writing Cliff back in early March as I am also very frustrated and concerned about our situation. I feel the need to know if we have any hope in getting back some control of our destiny. So many hurdles we have to over come and no money coming in. Why no signing? Why no news? Here's what I got which was not much.

I have spoken to so many shareholders over the year(s) that I apologize as I do not at the moment recall our previous conversation. Nevertheless, thank you for reaching out again.

If I read your message correctly, an important concern of yours relates to the lack of information provided by the Company. As you know, on February 20 we issued a press release advising of the ITC ruling. In that release I stated we were evaluating our options with the ITC. We did not provide additional information at that time because there are important interrelated matters we are addressing and hope to first resolve. I understand that many are anxiously awaiting news from the Company. We likewise want to be in a position to provide an update, and will when we can responsibly do so.
