Hi Ron, Hope you are doing well. Yes, that all indeed it true. More or less we are comming closer to say the game is over although we won the important HTC case. But up to now it was not worth to handle it in a court and spend some money. Hope is gone resp. Like you have mentioned we do not have a plan for the future. S402005
