While the licenses that have been sold by the Debtor do not appear to be executory, also included in this category is your Applicant’s review and response to objections to both the Debtor’s and the Committee’s disclosure statements seeking further disclosure of the effects of confirmation of either plan would have on the licenses. Your Applicant reviewed and analyzed those concerns raised in the objections and while your Applicant concluded that the Committee’s disclosure statement contained adequate information, it agreed to consider additional language to be suggested by the licensees to be added to the Plan. Your Applicant convened a meeting with counsel for Apple, Fujitsu, Sony, HP and Toshiba to discuss the suggested language and reached a conceptual agreement, subject to the Debtor’s agreement on the language. The Debtor objected to much of the language set forth in the Committee’s Disclosure Statement. Accordingly, the parties have revisited the issue and are currently negotiating a consensual resolution

Iwonder what Patriot’s position is regarding the additional language suggested by the licensees –specifically as it applies to the Apple license?
