Shareholders working behind the scenes

There is more going on behind the scenes than most here are aware of. There is at least one shareholder with assistance from others, who has been trying to ensure that Patriot Shareholders are being considered in the play out of this BK. Also, I don't remember Volvo. Did I miss this as listed in Lambert's spreadsheet?
