Also interesting to note, the Ford license was revealed on May 25, 2012, but there is a line item in the exhibit you posted that refers to:

6/19/13 - Telephone conference with R. Harris regarding status of Ford settlement talks (.1); review offer (.1)

Any thoughts on why they would be reviewing Ford settlement talks status and offers for a license that was completed over a year prior to that?
