Dell purchased a CORE Flash License on June 24, 2013.

After reviewing the exhibit tht BaNosser posted, I'm not sure that the references to the "Dell License" refer to an MMP license. I think it's more likely that Felcyn and Johnson wanted to or were reviewing the license and related documents/correspondence to see if the MMP had been discussed, included, etc.

Purely conjecture on my part after reviewing the entries on the exhibit, but considering the paltry MMP license fees that have been collected during this Fiscal Year, it doesn't stand to reason that Dell has purchased and MMP license, IMO.

Hopefully, that's a correct assumption.
