It sure seems to be showing that Dell IS an MMP licensee. What a travesty that would be that the No. 7 ranking member of the 2006 Top Electronics companies would be a licensee, considering at the time, they were essentially making about half of what HP was making. Keep in mind HP paid $26M under the "discount" first mover plan. If Dell signed in August of 2013 as this implies, then that's an additional 7 years of infringement that should be taken into account and in theory should have been another HUGE license fee.

Unfortunately, if you review the license fees over the years, there's NOTHING that comes close to even approaching what has been represented by PTSC & TPL as the worth of a Dell type infringer.

What a huge disappointment this is, IMO!
