Another continuance beyond March 26 must be stopped in its tracks, even if it is the creditors requesting it. This problem must be put to bed immediately and licensing operations restarted, regardless of TPL, Leckrone and Allicense. Every day of delay is a day closer to the end of the MMP patent life. Every day of delay is a day longer to achieve a license egreement which would bring income to PDS and thus to TPL.
NOW is the time to straighten out PDS, add a third member who is transparently independent (why hasn't CJ done this via Arbitration already?) and demand TPL to fund its fair share. Give them a week to do it and if it doesn't happen then invoke PTSCs rights in PDS and have PDS acquire a new licensor (and the work product from Alliancense that has already been handsomely paid for). Move on. TPL will GAIN from such a move if it means licensing restarts and that means they can better pay their staff and creditors.
