Geoff... Are you commingling Options Granted with Shares Bought? A few years ago Johnson, like Flowers, didn't own shares. Flowers bought 75,000 just before a recent live SHAM. Gloria bought hers openly. Are you sure Johnson actually owns real shares and is thus "at personal financial risk"?
