I guess shareholder interests are considered less than that of third party claimants. It would also imply that our BOD does not want to "rock the boat" even if their actions are counter to their lawful duties to shareholders. Me thinks that DL has the goods on all of them as they don't appear to be putting up much of a fight against all of the alledged and actual wrong doings by DL / TPL or even a modest showing of attempting to impove our interests at this stage of the game. This fear of disclosure must outway any fear that relates to a lack of shareholder fuduciary duties (probably a result of lack of any real enforcement / oversight)...what will it take to tip the scales in our favor?...Perhaps the bright light of truth which is starting to leak out for public view may be the tipping point...unreal...
