Don't get me wrong, I sure think that's a step in the right direction, and I'm not meaning to discount what it would represent.

What I'm trying to convey is that at this point, it just seems that either PTSC's stewards, Carl being the leader, have been very derelict in their stewardship, or they've been intentionally cooperative with Leckrone in his endeavors to circumvent the spirit of the agreements to his disproportionate benefit. Either way, I feel $180K is a drop in the bucket to what should be required.
