Ron
I have never heard of a Closed Annual Shareholder Mtg.
I obviously admit to not knowing everything but I have been around the block a few times and the annual meetings of all types that I have been involved in, in one form or another all had public participation and what may be called an open forum. If the Board of the organization or company had priveled information then had to discuss they would do so in an Executive closed session after the public meeting.
I realize we are looking at another one of our Boards "Hide from the Crowd Virtual Meeting" but can they legally not have an "open forum"? It would appear to me that what they are doing in asking for questions in advance is so they can pick and choose what questions they want and where there can be no follow on questions.
Thanks for you input as always.
God Bless
Marc
