That our Board actually does do hard labor ..... can you imagine how difficult it is to keep the books straight on who is chair of what and trying to calculate how much each is worth is not an easy task so it should not be taken lightly.

At one shm Cliff told all in attendance that his $400k plus comp package was in line with what CEO's in San Diego earned!!! I gave him kudo's for gall but pointed out that I was well aware of many comp packages in my County (San Diego) and his earnings based on his responsiblities, his track record as CEO, the status of the company was way off the charts on what they should be.

So thanks Ron for laying out the scenario on how these folks actually might have such a stressful job that they earn all of their comp packages from PTSC.

p.s. You left out the revolving chair positon that probably gets the most in extra compensation imo. I wouldn't be surprised if each Board member wasn't required to wear the Agoracom Monitor Committee Chair hat! Without a doubt that positon is worth many thousands more each year in financial compensation along with a bonus of a case of Pepto Bismol. (the pink stuff).
