At this point in time, so much is now out of our control because we were not steering the ship, Leckrone was. I think we should analyze what we do have control of because maybe these selfish nudnik's need a game plan!

My suggestions for so potentially higher PPS:

• Announce a more agressive PTSC share buyback
• Announce that the BOD will be purchasing on the open market
• File claims against a few of the many infringers now
• Appoint one or two independent member to the BOD (Zuckerberg, you free anytime soon?)
• Reverse media blitz... If we can't announce any signs, lets partner with a few of our bigger licensees and have them make the announcent
• Forget the ITC appeal and move on aggressively
