Message: Some questions to send to BoD by the 15th--list #1

I decided to add marc's questions as they are important and am not sure if he has been reading the board lately. GL, ads

Ron's-"What is PTSC's specific plan to extract as much money as possible from the remaining companies that are believed to be infringers within roughly the next 7.5 years?"

LL's -Considering what the jury award was, and for what products and what claims it was limited to, what value does PTSC/TPL place on a full comprehensive license from HTC?

ads--What is your 5 year plan of action for this company?

marc's--#1. Considering the minimal cost to the Company of holding a in person shareholder meeting in North County San Diego what is the rationale used by members of the Board in deciding to hold this virtual meeting especially considering all that has transpired over the past year regarding the company and the rapidly approaching date of patent expiration?

#2. Why has the Board not been more proactive in insisting through the BK committee or directly from our company to the BK Judge an independent forensic audit of TPL and PDS? Based on all the information that has come to light and been made public in the past year such an audit would bring to light exactly what TPL, PDS and the Leckrones have done with the money they took in from patent licensing as well as the expenses they charged back in licensing efforts that have reduced the revenue to Patriot.

The following is a pointed and direct question that I doubt will be answered but should be asked so the Board realizes that shareholders are aware that the Board members especially Carl J have not been good fiduciaries to shareholders

#3. How could it be that Carl J and the rest of the Patriot Board allowed the Leckrones to sign on our behalf the obvious disingenuous and fiction based license with Apple (among others) that gave the MMP such a small slice of the license fee? How did the Board decide that this signing of one of if not the largest market cap companies go without a notification to investors (i.e. shareholders)?

#4. At this point in time non disclosure agreements should not be a consideration in being open and transparent to PTSC shareholders. Future license fees will certainly not be effected by disclosure especially after what has been made public in court and through the bk proceedings. Therefore will the Board agree to post a complete list of all license signees to date and the total amounts of the licenses directed toward PTSC and if a commingled license how much was directed to TPL?
