Incredible DD my friend... so the battle is now whether or not Woody Higgins can testify for the plaintiffs (PTSC) as I see it. Moore`s attorney`s are calling for his and PTSC`s lawyers disqualifications based on prior case study... but B&O along with Higgins cite other case law in California that clearly state there is no attorney/client privilege in these cases. Any thoughts as to what might transpire here? Do we think Higgins testimony will be allowed in court, and that B&O will be allowed to represent Patriot? Too much!!!
