I see no reason not to buy 50,000 shares at .045 ($2250 + commissions). That's so little money and we have had so much good news related to PTSC over the last 10 years - the SP is bound to change soon now.

We just have to ignore all the nay-sayers, the actual financial results over the past years, the SP trend, the same-old-same-old PTSC results and legal confrontations, recent news and SP results, the current financial position of PTSC and it's partners relative to the large companies they confront, the competence of the BOD, ...
