IMO it`s pretty clear that Fish alone invented the clock (and should be justly credited), Higgins should be allowed to testify in CA & therefore those obviously damaging docs to Moore/TPL should be unsealed.. But it doesn`t matter what I think.. it comes down to who can to a greater degree show they have the law behind them & who can present their case in a more influencing manner.. Ron`s & Brian`s opinions is whose I value here..
