Biajj,

I know you`ve mentioned these prefferds before stating that they are worth ``going to war over`` but its only 5M out of 500M shares they can issue without share holders discretion. Yes it would bother me and it is 5M more shares but is there more to this story? Why in your opinion are those prefferds so important. Just curious that`s all.
