Please set me straight....
Per the Pacers....
Who is Venkidu? What shareholders does he represent? If he is a secured lien-holder to TPL that must mean that DL sold a portion of TPL and therefore he is not the sole owner of his half of the MMP and therefore we or our Board has in my opinion been bending over backward to please not only Leckrone but his "partners". I do not in any way believe that our Board did not know this. So if that is correct and we have been paying bills that TPL should have been paying and we have been lending money to TPL and we have not enforced our agreement that would have and still should allow us to control completely PDS for lack of payment by TPL then why have we not done so?
Okay..... now that I got that out and I am a bit cooler maybe Ron, Brian, BaN, Nick, Laurie or one of the more knowledgable shareholders on this board can tell me that Venkidu has been a player all along and that I have been out somewhere and was not paying attention as everybody else was aware of this individual and the "shareholders he represents". Or... This is the first we all have heard of him is in the BK proceedings.
Also, why is PTSC not a secured lien holder? Leckrone is a secured lien holder but Patriot is not? I know I should be surprised but.....
Finally unless I read the order wrong the court is allowing the BK Committee attorney to collect over $800k in attorney fees for aprox. one years worth of work. If I am mistake please correct me. If I read it right then could these substantial (understatement) fees be the reason there are so many continuances and why the BK attorney is not fighting tooth and nail to have a receiver named to take over TPL and start to look for a buyer?
Once again I may be way off in all of this and though I could write it off to my health or the later or early hour I won't and just say if I am wrong then I would appreciate someone setting me straight.
I guess it is now too late by the rules set by our open and transparent board to ask some of the questions I asked above as the deadline has passed for them to accept questions and some of these in any case if I am close to be correct would not be questions they would want to answer.
Happy Passover and Happy Easter to All
