Was it a ruse, or a calculated change in direction?

I don`t want to get too wordy - IMHO. Pohl`s pulling strings now, but he`s not in charge. I think he`s working to create opportunities for Swartz, but at the same time trying to satisfy TPL requirements, moving forwards towards a more complete transition.

Question is whether to support it now, or gamble on supporting it at lower prices.
