Intended to satisfy the SEC SHAM requirement, and as laughable justification for their outrageous monthly cash compensation; even though it is they who are responsible for our pennies stock price and this company's own near bankrupt status.

Only 2 days away from yet another monthly $45,000 cash payday for this gang of Paycheck Players. It seems the pocket stuffing will only end when the corporate cupboards are completely bare.
