PERSONAL NOTES - NOT WARRANTED!
Does PTSC have a list of potential infringers? Does PTSC have copies of correspondence between each existing or potential MMP infringer and TPL/Alliacense etc. Does PTSC have copies of documents relating to reverse-engineering and other efforts for constructing cases against existing or target potential MMP offenders? Does PTSC have copies of every MMP license, showing date, terms, infringement claims etc Are MMP licenses one-time payments or re-occurring payments? Have all licenses been announced? How many licenses were "co-mingled" (with TPL licenses)? Why are PTSC shares still traded in Germany, given the 8/2004 Press Release indicating de-listing has been demanded? It is alleged that the German fiscal authority, BAFIN, is investing PTSC trading. It is alleged that the United States fiscal authority, the SEC, is investing PTSC.
Only of those notified directly by PTSC in the early days or who have signed MMP licenses.
PTSC does not have a list of those currently being pursed.
No.
No.
PDS does have access (specifically the reply did NOT say PTSC has access) but not to infringement claims etc.
No licenses have re-occurring payments.
Those for which a confidentiality clause was not required are shown on PTSC's website. The remainder are not published. "FORD" was licensed in 2012.
Co-mingling happened with a few licenses some years ago but is not a current issue.
Cliff's statement was that this happened before his time and he has no direct knowledge. (He did not mention any knowledge Gloria Felcyn, who was a Director at the time, may have).
Cliff has no direct knowledge, only what has been mentioned by a few PTSC shareholders.
Cliff has no direct knowledge, only what has been mentioned by a few PTSC shareholders, and states he is unaware of any reason for an SEC investigation.
