In attendance:

Carl, Gloria, Tom Schumacher of Corbin, Charlie Hogue litigation counsel and Tony Eppolito outside counsel. (at least it sounded like Tony Eppolito).

Who is Tony, how/why is he representating Patriot and how much is he costing shareholders? I wrote to Cliff and asked him. I'm not counting on a reply.
