These Ex-Parte motions are begining to smell like appeals, and appeals smell like addiotional delays. To you legal eagles out there, can PTSC hire Agility (Otteson specifically) if they can somehow find a way to break away for TPL? Seems to me that Lecky is locking up Otteson for a long time coming...
