Yesterday, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont) removed the patent reform bill from the committee's calendar. Senator Leahy cited the lack of broad bipartisan support for the bill, and also stated that many of the proposals would overly burden "legitimate patent holders who employ thousands of Americans".
I would view this as good. Now only if we could see some potential good news on behalf of PTSC. I'm trying to keep the faith and God only knows how hard I'm praying somehting good happens soon. I would love nothing more than to see our BOD surprise us with somehting goods they have been working on.
