Unfortunately the timing wouldn't work for me. I think, nonetheless, we should all make a concerted effort NOW to get our thoughts and concerns as PTSC shareholders in front of Judge Stephen Johnson and the attorneys allegedly representing PTSC interests on the Creditors' Committee. Maybe pressure for a PTSC shareholder representative too - it never hurts to ask.

I am surprised there appear to be no Pacers, no feedback from yesterday. Is it possible Judge Johnson denied the request and ruled and it's taking a while to write it all up?
