My only hope at this point is that the continuances are being done to allow settlements to proceed in our favor. Why else would the creditors (and, sigh, our illustrious leaders at PTSC) agree to such? Perhaps DL is keeping the key creditors up to date with positive developments on settlement talks with not only HTC but also the other litigants in the cases that have been on hold.
