YES THEIR IS A OPINION for every sale their has to be a buy,only problem more sellers. ptsc hitting new lows.one thing to look on monday does it break 4 cents or trades at 4.5 which was offered most of the day.imo if it trades 4.5 than people who bought today got some cheap shares.
