MY interpretation of that statement is this;...

We are presently litigating against certain NAMED defendants,,which we will continue to pursue.

Hopefully additional infringers will ,"See the writing on the wall", and settle without the need to engage in Litigation.

IF they do NOT settle, then we will SUE them as well...
