What is interesting is that on Page 9, the document states that 4 employees were laid off at the beginning of May. Only 2 employees are listed in Item 11; D. Leckrone and D. Hannah as being terminated on May 1, 2014. S. Anhalt was terminated on March 17th.

The other 2 employees were not listed in Item 11 and are most likely identified in Items 12, 20 or 27. These attachments were not included in the document.

Perhaps Ms Neal is one of the employees terminated May 1. Who would be the 4th employee?
