After a patent expires, so do the exclusive rights of the patent holder. At this point, anyone can use, sell, and import the invention as they please. from what I read, while the patent may expire, there are thousands of companies who infringed and made profits from using MMP technology during the timeframe the patent was valid. Get this BK settled and start asking for PTSC's fair share.
