Unless the arguement is compelling, I suspect that the judge will not allow the continuance unless material substance that positively affects the creditors is being finalized. I would have to believe that all the parties made the trip and are on location (assuming that they are out of towners) and the judge must consider this in his decision.

I think we may even see a spike higher today, hopefully we close over $.05 (such a joke)...
