Technologies Properties Limited is a California limited liability company with a principal place of business in Cupertino, Calif.
The defendants are Action Electronics Co. Ltd., America Action Inc., Aiptek International Inc., Aiptek Inc., Aluratek Inc., Audiovox Corp., CEIVA Logic Inc., Circus World Displays Ltd., Coby Electronics Corp., Curtis International Ltd., Digital Spectrum Solutions Inc., Eastman Kodak Co., Mustek Systems Inc., Mustek Inc., Nextar Inc., Pandigital Inc., Royal Consumer Information Products Inc., Sony Corp., Sony Corporation of America, Transcend Information Inc., Transcend USA, Viewsonic Corp., Win Accord Ltd. and WinAccord USA Inc.
The defendants are accused of infringing on:
Technologies Properties is asking the court for an award of damages, enhanced damages, attorney’s fees and court costs.
The plaintiff is represented by Andrew W. Spangler of Spangler Law in Longview; and James C. Otteson, David A. Caine and Thomas T. Carmack of Agility IP Law in East Palo Alto, Calif.
A jury trial is requested.
U.S. District Judge T. John Ward is assigned to the case.
