You may know that PTSC had a lawsuit pending in a California court against a group that we call the Fujitsu 5. That lawsuit was due to come to trial soon and today a pretrial Case Management Conference was suppposedly going to be held. In late Oct, PTSC dropped the California suit and TPL filed a similar suit in East Texas against 4 of the original 5. I am

not aware of a schedule for the Texas trial.
