is this all about? shboomer, I certainly don't remember us getting the "Moore part of the MMP". I wonder if anyone has tried to clarify that statement--it needs to be changed, IMHO. It is very misleading--unless my memory of the situation is not correct or we were not told of that development.

Did PTSC acquire Moore's part of MMP in the early 1990s as stated in these Pacer motions, or Fish's?
