Doesn't the use by Carlton Johnson of "carljohnson@roswellcapitalpartners.com" just serve to reinforce his contempt for PTSC shareholders and his puppet-like attachment to Eric Swarz?
Is this not possibly a breach of ethics and corporate responsibility in that he is willfully directing communications relating to a public company (PTSC as a partner of PDS) directly to the mail-servers of a third-party entity which probably cannot be held to the standards of confidentiality of an SEC corporation. Recall also that some time ago a filed court document showed him using paper referencing Roswell or one of the associated Swarz companies.
Would it really have been so difficult for him to get a mailbox on the ptsc.com domain? Or is there nobody left who knows how to do it?
