Look at this objection by Leckrone. IMO

The first is that Leckrone is determined to maintain his ability to direct/disburse ANY funds that would be paid to PDS. That would/should be considered by S/H's as a NEGATIVE. IMO

The second is that, additional settlement monies are more likely to be received by PDS.

Or why would Lecky so strenuously oppose any diminishment of his control of PDS monies.

(There has to be something THERE, to disburse, don't you think?

Both paths seem to lead to the same resultie,, There will be more License signings. IMO

That would indicate a POSITIVE for PTSC,that is,,, "IF" we don't see diversion of funds!!!
