Am I correct to assume that we definetly want a third seat on the PDS board?

If, as suspected, the TPL seat is not playing nice, then the third and truly independent seat is necessary to make decisions in line with what PTSC proposes via its representative, Carlton Johnson.
I say "TPL seat" because there was rumor that Dan Leckrone had stepped down and been replaced by his daughter. PTSC has, by all accounts, refused to convey to shareholders who is actually the current TPL seat.
