I think I am getting brain dead with this stuff...

Am I correct to assume that we definetly want a third seat on the PDS board? Would we know who that person would be? If we get the third seat, would it be a person of our choosing? Could we then vote on removing DL and then move on?

Since we are going to BK court tomorrow, couldn't it be ruled that Lecky is out of PDS since he has not taken care of any of his obligations to PDS?
