The "relief from Stay" motion was to enable PTSC/PDS to get a 3rd member on board at PDS. It was continued to mid-August but now seems unnecessary. Of course, that "independent" seat comes with a salary.....
Also, we still don't know if Leckrone was replaced on the PDS team. The PR quotes CJ as saying "my new
counterpart at PDS. A counterpart is not usually independent. That leads me to think that maybe he replaces Danny-boy as the TPL representative and the 3rd seat remains open. If so the Motion is still needed.
As usual, the announcement raises more questions than it answers and PTSC consistently continues with its policy of greatest confusion.
Swami is named in the TPL BK documents and is closely involved in TPL/Alliacense's other patent portfolio (Core/Flash) and pictured on the Alliacense website:

So I think we may still be missing the "independent" member. Maybe Swamy and CJ are already looking at/for candidates and won't need the Relief from Stay.
