I don't think Jim Otteson should be the independent at PDS, much though I like him. He is remunerated as a result of his success with both sets of patents (MMP and CORE/FAST). I would far rather see a retired executive with a good track record come on board with no prior or current relationships with PTSC, TPL, Alliacense, Leckrone etc. nor with any company likely to be on the target lists for any of the patents (s/hecould still be a major shareholder of a target company and thus with a vested interest in minimizing impact to his/her investments).
Just a good, no nonsense, business person with integrity. It won't be easy!
