Is Swamy replacing DL? If so that makes just two people on the board if my math is correct. The required 3rd person has been lacking for years. It has been just CJ and DL, which equals two.

CJ states in the recent PR that Swamy is his counter part. So who is the third person? If there is a third person? I can't believe that the courts and the creditors would put up with there just being two people on the board when their money to be repaid is at stake? But then perhaps the issue or two or three board members at PDS is not for them to rule on?

If DL is remaining on the board then that would make three, but how could the court allow DL to serve as anything given his record? So is there another person? Or is it still going to be just a board of two?

I am confused about this because some posters are saying that there are now three and others just refer to CJ and Swamy, without refering to anyone else. So just how many people will there be on the PDS board once the BK is ruled upon? TIA.
