I missed the Edit window but wanted to add this.......
The same document at 3.10 says that the meeting shall be the Chairman of the Board of Directors, if there is one or, in his absence the President. So how is it that the Interim President seems to run the meetings while the Chairman amuses himself with something under the desk?
A meeting this November, say just before Thanksgiving, would be nice, with hopefully the BK put to rest and licenses starting up and maybe a "PTSC patent licensing company".
