NO!!! NO !!! NO !!!

The judge should do what CM requested throw the book at TPL LLC and it's sole agent DL for not following court orders.

It's seems that everyone was in agreement/on board except CM ( as we now find out ) [(and as you pointed out in an earlier post he was the only one to object ( keeping his rights per legal rules I would expect / Ron? )]

That being said, maybe it is CM who is throwing a wrench into the deal with his objections and everyone else is seeing the light of a mutual agreement at end of the tunnel??? Does he see that PDS might be controlled by PTSC if TPL can't pay ( if it comes to that) ? Where does that leave him? Or do CM and PTSC have a good relationship or have come to some friendly or at least businessminded terms to work together?

Maybe the judge will be saying OK OK because everyone is agreed ( except
CM which gets denied for the sake of all parties and to get the case over ) and then DL pulls one of his tricks and cancels out. I have had it with DL's games and think the judge should just stop putting up with his ways. Ways that all of us are just too aware of already! Delays and more delays.. ugh!m forget it. IMO......

I am trying to have faith in the prudence of the judge and his knowledge of the big picture to work out the best way to proceed.
