Why not Swamy's partner at On-Chip?

Mr. Ashok Chalaka - President & CEO

He seems to be very qualified but maybe not independent enough for a third member...

Once the third member is choosen, it would be nice to see a large insider purchase by our BOC's (Cowards), Swamy and the TBD 3rd member.
