Though the little pop is nice, I cannot see a reason to expect much change from the current doldrums and can't see any run up in advance of news.

With ~12,000 shareholders and only a tiny fraction held by institutions, this stock's price can be easily managed and controlled by just a few people. All one can do is hope for a break in the logjam and a return to reason.

However, if more licenses are sold and dividends ever paid, as it has been suggested the BoD plans to do, those purchasing at these low prices could do quite well.

As stated before, I'd be happy to get back to the surface one penny dividend at a time. (provided there are a sufficient number of them to do the job)
